Getting to DogFest

DogFest happens in a field in front of Harewood House.  Harewood House, Harewood, Leeds, LS17 9LG

Parking:

If you are driving to DogFest you must buy a car parking pass for £7.50. These will now only be available to buy online. One parking pass is required per vehicle. Your car parking pass will be emailed to you in advance and scanned upon entry to the DogFest car park.

Please follow the DogFest directional signage. The event starts at 9.30 am and closes at 5.00 pm.  The car park will be open from 8.30 am and close at 6.00 pm. 

Please bear in mind that all parking is on grass and can be uneven so appropriate footwear is advised. Overnight parking/camping will not be permitted in any car park.

By Road

The village of Harewood is centrally placed in Yorkshire at the junction of the A61/A659 on the Leeds/Harrogate road.

Harewood House is situated:

7 miles from Leeds and Harrogate on the A61
5 miles from Wetherby and the A1
22 miles from York
9 miles from Leeds/Bradford airport
8 miles from the M1

Sat Nav users are recommended to try LS17 9LQ as this will bring you straight to the main Archway entrance to Harewood off the A61.

By Train: 

The nearest railway stations to Harewood House are in Leeds and Harrogate. Taxis and bus connections are available from both stations.


By Bus: 

Frequent buses run directly from from Leeds and Harrogate to Harewood village. Then it’s a 10-15 minute stroll through the grounds to DogFest. Correct entrance is the main entrance through the archway.
