2 PERSONAL DATA 

How You Provide It And How We Collect And Use It:

The third party partner’s use of your details will be in accordance with their notice provided and its privacy policy and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

2.1 CHILDREN

We would encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children so that they are fully familiar with the sites visited by their children.  We may ask users of our Website or other services for details of their age.  By using the Website, you agree to respond truthfully and accurately about your age. Children under the age of 13 must have the permission of their parent or guardian to submit their data to us and we do encourage you to explain our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in this Notice to your children.

We may also ask you to provide your credit card details for this purchase, or we may direct you to a third party payment processing service to make payment. If we direct you to a third party payment processing service, please be aware that Touchpoint Live Media is not liable or responsible for such service and that your use of that service might be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the service provider and other privacy policies.
